Objective:To investigate the current situation of Kinesiophobia in school-age children after fracture surgery, and to explore the influencing factors, in order to provide reference for the prevention and intervention of Kinesiophobia in school-age children.Methods:February 2018-March 1919, Using convenient sampling method, Investigation and analysis of Sixty-five school-age children one day after surgery in a pediatric surgery inpatient department using a general data questionnaire and Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia (TSK).Results:Age of children was (9.55±2.15) years old, the score of TSK was (45.12±5.33) points, one-way analysis of variance showed that there were statistically difference in the total score of TSK between patients with different causes of injury, injured parts, degrees of pain and whether to accept pain-related guidance or not ( F values were 3.913-33.333, P<0.05) . Multiple linear regression analysis showed pain-related guidance and pain levels entered into the regression model. Conclusions:The incidence of Kinesiophobia in school-age children after fracture surgery was high, it is recommended to use pain control and pain-related guidance to prevent and intervene the Kinesiophobia.

Objective To study the correlation between the ADC value and Fenh value,Senh value based on DWI and DCE-MRI, by measuring them in sacroiliac joint bone marrow of healthy volunteers.Methods 21 healthy volunteers performing the sacroiliac joint MR were involved.ADC value based on DWI,and TIC based on DCE-MRI were measured.The relationship of ADC values with Fenh,Senh values and peak to time,Tmax values were analyzed.Results The differences of the measured ADC values on both sides of the sacroiliac joint bone marrow region were not statistically significant (P>0.05).There were three types of TIC curve,8.3% (7/84)Ⅰ type,8.3% (7/84)Ⅱ type,83.3% (70/84)Ⅲtype;Fenh,Senh average values were within 20% 0.05).There was a positive correlation between ADC value and Fenh value in bone marrow region of sacroiliac joint.Conclusion This study determined the average value of ADC and Fenh,Senh in normal sacroiliac joint bone marrow area,the positive correlation between ADC value and Fenh value is a new thought and may be a new method of diagnosising the early disease of sacroiliac joint.

This study was aimed to analyze the volatile constituents from flower, stem tip and seed of Cucurbita moschata Duch.(Miben). The volatiles were analyzed by head-space solid micro-extraction, coupled with GC-MS and Kovats indices for the first time . The results showed that 22 compounds were identified from the flower , 20 from the stem tip and 21 from the seed of the C. moschata (Miben). The total essential constituents from each part were 91 . 89%, 89 . 24% and 96 . 26%, respectively . A total of 10 compounds in the flower and stem tip were mutual. And 3 compounds in the flower, stem tip and seed were mutual. It was concluded that the β-bourbonene (17.57%) and heneicosane (11.90%) were the highest components of the total essential constituents of the flower of C. moschata (Miben). Decanal (28.77%) was the highest components of the stem tip and hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester (29.12%), 2,3-butanediol (16.90%) and linoleic acid ethyl ester (16.52%) were the highest compo-nents of seed of C. moschata (Miben).

Objective To observe the effect of JWSNS serum on proliferation and apoptosis hepatic stellate cells.Methods After being added different concentrations of JWSNS (the low concentrations of JWSNS:0.78 g/ml of crude drug; the medium concentration group of JWSNS:1.56 g/ml of crude drug; the high concentration group of JWSNS:3.12 g/ml of crude drug) drug-containing serum in vitro HSC-T6 cells for 12h,24 h and 48 h respectively,detected serum HSC-T6 proliferation with MTT colorimetry method and measured HSC-T6 apoptosis with flow cytometry and TUNEL method.Results (①) After applied JWSNS on rats HSC-T6,the Cell proliferation was inhibited which showed a time-concentration dependence.The differences were significant when comparing each JWSNS group with the control group (P＜0.01).High concentration of JWSNS group showed significant difference when compared with Biejiaruangan tablets group (P＜0.05) with high concentration of JWSNS (0.399± 0.041) ％ after 48h,and Biejia-Ruangan tablets (0.429± 0.037) ％ after 48 h.② Flow cytometry analysis showed each JWSNS group and Biejiaruangan tablets group had significant increased cell apoptosis when compared with the control group (P＜0.05) after 12 h,24 h,and 48 h.JWSNS medium concentration group [12 h was (17.83±0.25)％,24 h was (26.06±0.26)％,48 h was (39.30±2.25) ％] and JWSNS high concentration group [12 h was (27.15±0.29)％,24 h was (38.96±0.51)％,48 h was (49.34± 0.77) ％] had a significant increased cell apoptosis compared to the Biejia-Ruangan tablets group [ 12 h was (8.31 ± 0.30) ％,24 h was (16.25 ± 0.25) ％,48 h was (27.12± 0.39) ％].③ TUNEL detection showed that each concentration of JWSNS group [the low concentration of JWSNS:was (25.1 ± 1.48)％,medium concentration group of JWSNS was(39.30±2.25)％,high concentration group of JWSNS was(39.30±2.25)％] had a significant increased cell apoptosis rate than Biejiaruangan tablets group (30.0± 3.92) after 48 h (P＜0.01).Conclusion JWSNS containing serum can inhibit the proliferation of HSC-T6 in vitro,promote the apoptosis

Objective To investigate effective methodology for preventing infectious diseases from spreading within general hospitals at all levels. Methods Six hospitals at three levels in the city were made into two groups and investigated for their treatment of infectious diseases. The group of A1, A2 and A3 hospitals employs the five pre-triage, while the group of B2, B2 and B3 employs the routine pretriage. Results Comparison of undetected infectious cases between group A1, A2, A3 and group B1,B2,B3 identified significant difference with x2 testing, P＜0. 005. Conclusion Five pre-triage method can screen, identify and pinpoint confirmed or suspected infectious disease patients from all outpatients in the first time, thus preventing and controlling the nosocornial transmission of epidemic or even an outbreak of nosocomial infection effectively.

Objective To investigate the role of Jiawei-sini Dection on expression of rat transforming growth factor-β1 receptor Ⅰ,Ⅱ(TβRⅠ,TβR Ⅱ), and study its treatment of anti-HF and the possible mechanisms. Methods The model of rat hepatic fibrosis was setup by subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride and drinking alcohol freely;According to random block method, the successful model rats were divided into three groups:pathological model group (group B),Fufangbiejiarangan tablet group (group C), and Jiawei Sini Decoction group (group D), each group containing ten rats. Group A and group B were given two milliliters saline, group C was given Fufangbiejiarangan tablets 0.625 grams per kilogram of body weight, group D was given Jiawei Sini liquid 15.625 grams per kilogram of body weight.Each rat was fed once a day for 8 weeks.In order to avoid the natural repair of the hepatic affecting the experimental results, the rats,except group A, were still injected 40% CCl4 three milliliters per kilogram of body weight after feeding drug once a week. Fufang-Biejia-Ruangan Ttablet group was set as a positive control;The effects on expression of TβRⅠ,TβR Ⅱ were determined by immunohistochemical method. Changes of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and TβRⅠ,TβR Ⅱ were observed in rats. Results The expression of TβRⅠ、Ⅱ, compared with the pathological model(16.63±2.69)%, (14.57±1.09)%, were significantly reduced in Jiawei-Sini Dection group[they are(8.09±0.71)%,(6.51±0.48)%, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The effects of Jiawei-Sini Dection was equal to the effect of Fufang-Biejia-Ruangan Tablets on expression of TβRⅠ,TβR Ⅱ(P＞0.05). Conclusion Jiawei-Sini Dection was able to inhibit the expression of TβRⅠ and TβR Ⅱ, thus affected the combination of TGFβ1, and their receptors.

Object To discuss the surgical techniques and the clinical outcomes of the bilateral microendoscopic decompression surgery for lumbar spinal canal and lateral recess stenosis through unilateral approach. Methods 18-ram-diameter microendoscopic tubular retractor was placed with fluoroscopic gnidance, bilateral microendoscopic decompression surgery for lumbar spinal stenosis through unilateral approach were managed by adjusting the angle of tubular retractor. During the procedure, supra-interspinal ligament and contralateral bony lamina were well preserved. Results In the group of single-level microendoscopicdecompression, the mean operation time was 94 min and the mean blood loss was 65 ml. In the group of twolevel microendoscopic decompression, the mean operation time was 135 rain and the mean blood loss was 90 ml. The mean bed rest time was 6.5 days. After operation, the average back pain VAS score decreased from 6.5 to 3.1, the average leg pain VAS score decreased from 7.2 to 2.2, the average Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) decreased from 46.8 to 24.6, which had shown significant statistical difference before and after surgery (P ＜ 0.05). According to Nakai criteria, the excellent and good rate was 84%. Conclusion Bilateral microendoscopic decompression of lumbar canal through unilateral approach under METRx system offers a save, effective and minimal invasive option for lumbar spinal stenosis.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of the extracts of Polygonum lapathifolium on the activity of ?-glucosidase.METHODS:Soxhlet extraction was applied to extract overground part of P.lapathifolium,and the inhibition effect of extracts on ?-glucosidase was determined with 96-microplate-based method,and the inhibitory kinetic characteristics of methanol extract was investigated using Lineweaver-Burk method.RESULTS:The extracts from P.lapathifolium showed good inhibitory activity.The methanol extract had the highest inhibitory activity (IC50=2.13 ?g?mL-1)followed by ethyl acetate extract (IC50=3.826 ?g?mL-1),petroleum ether extract (IC50=230.86 ?g ? mL-1).And they were all higher than that of acarbose (IC50=1 103.01 ?g?mL-1) as positive control.Inhibitory kinetics test indicated that methanol extract was noncompetitive inhibitor.CONCLUSION:The extracts of P.lapathifolium have good inhibition effect on the activity of ?-glucosidase with a good prospect of development and utilization.

Objective To analyze the radiological findings of dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma, and to explore the imaging features of dedifferentiated tissue. Methods The X-ray and CT findings of 13 cases with dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma of bone were analyzed retrospectively, and studied with clinic and corresponding histological changes. Results The dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma not only had the radiological findings of typical chondrosarcoma but also had the imaging features of dedifferentiated tissues. In 13 patients, periosteal reactions were found in 11 cases, ossifications in 8 cases, soft tissue masses in 12 cases, calcifications in 10 cases, and the site of calcifications in 8 cases was in the center of the focus. Conclusion The dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma showed special imaging features, which includes ossification, calcification, periosteal reaction, and soft tissue mass. These features were not found in typical chondrosarcoma. Recognizing these specific features is helpful to the diagnosis of dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma.

Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of scutellarin in Brevisapin Tablets.Methods C18 column with temperature of 40 ℃ was used.The mobile phase was the mixed solution of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(40 ∶ 60 ∶ 0.5) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL? min-1.Determination wavelength was 335 nm and the sample injected volume was 10 ? L.Results A good linearity of scutellarin was in the rang of 0.161 5～ 0.807 5 ? g.The average recovery of scutellarin was 98.7 % with RSD=1.26 %.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Brevisapin Tablets.
